This year’s Event Awards was a larger event, planned in a smaller amount of time, than ever. If you were able to attend the Event Awards 2020 or able to watch along with the livestream, you will know that this year was a little different than others... To link up the Awards Ceremony throughout the country we had a large team of technical partners that offered their services to bring the industry together.
Barrett Evolution provided internet infrastructure to make sure all states could communicate, Big Picture provided Audio Visual to make sure we could all see each other, Firesteel brought the livestream to hundreds of viewers as well as the broadcast in Perth, and The P.A. People provided the interstate video links to bring it all together!

Sydney Production Partners
The Sydney event saw many of the Australian Event Awards National Partners supply their goods and services to make the room and stage, look and sound amazing!
Event Awards Major Partner Coates Hire provided the lifting equipment needed to make the stage and room look amazing! Chameleon Touring Systems lit up the Sydney Stage with their gorgeous lighting. Coda Audio Services provided the PA systems, audio equipment and music so we could hear the Winners announced. Tripoint Rigging made sure that our equipment stayed in the air while Congress Rental made sure we all stayed covid safe through thermal temperature screening upon arrival.

Theming & Media
Showtex Australia provided manufacturing and installation of the stunning Sydney gold-themed theming, including the large trophy banners on each side of the stage, while EventPix took photos of you in all your glamour and glory, which you can find here. Did you notice that each state had the same silver Austrian drapes? That stunning feature was supplied by Events Fantastic Australia who shipped drapes across the Nation in order to tie the look of the industry event together as one.
Coverage of the evening, as well as of all our Event Awards news, is done via our media partners, Australasian Special Events and CIM Business Events. Without them, there is no way the Awards would be as well known and prestigious as it is today.

As the Awards were held across four states, each event also had their own state organisers and delivery partners, ready to supply their states with what was needed to make their event happen.
