Vickii Cotter is an event strategist, Festival Director and Executive Producer with more than 20 years’ experience delivering major festivals, conferences and public events across Australia.
Her career includes serving as Executive Producer for Vivid Sydney, Floriade, NightFest and the Enlighten Festival in Canberra. She has also managed multi-day festivals across multiple venues, and served in executive roles at the Bluesfest Byron Bay, Canberra Writers Festival, the Gympie Music Muster, and the Noosa Jazz Festival.
As the Managing Director of Visabel, Vickii has led the strategy, planning and delivery of major government, community and industry events, including Reconciliation Day, the ACT Chief Minister’s Inclusion Awards, New Year’s Eve, United in Compassion, A Taste of Kakadu Festival and large-scale conferences, festivals and public programs.
Vickii holds a Bachelor of Contemporary Music, a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. She is admitted as a solicitor in the ACT and New South Wales. Her combination of creative, legal, commercial and operational expertise enables her to lead complex projects with clarity, sound governance and a strong focus on audience experience.
