We recommend you book accommodation at time of registration to take advantage of the special rates offered and to secure your preferred room.

Breakfast:

Add breakfast to your accommodation at time of booking at the following discounted rate per person:

Aanuka Beach Resort: $38 + GST per person per day

Pacific Bay Resort: $26.50 + GST per person per day Note that each room includes a breakfast as indicated in the inclusions above

Cancellation Policy:

Aanuka Beach Resort: Cancellation made between 16 August 2026 and 2 October 2026 will incur a cancellation fee equal to:

• one night’s accommodation, where the booking is for three nights or less; or
• two night’s accommodation, where the booking is for four nights or more

Cancellation made on or after 3 October 2026 will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full amount of accommodation booked. No refunds will be issued.
No shows will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full amount of accommodation booked. No refunds will be issued.

Pacific Bay Resort: Cancellation made on or after 8 October 2026, including no shows will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night’s accommodation.
