Accommodation is available at a range of hotels nearby to Optus Stadium, for the Australian Event Awards and Symposium and can be booked at time of registering.

Note: For delegates purchasing travel packages, accommodation at Crown Promenade Perth is included in your Travel Package registration and you do not need to book accommodation seperately, unless you require an additional room.

If you wish to add accommodation to your registration at a later date, you can log into your registration and select the accommodation tab from the menu bar.

We recommend you book accommodation at time of registration to take advantage of the special rates offered and to secure your preferred room.

Accommodation bookings close on Wednesday 14 August 2019 or when sold out.

Breakfast:

Add breakfast to your accommodation at time of booking at the following discounted rate per person:

Crown Promenade: $13.64 + GST per day
Crown Metropol: $18.18 + GST per day
Crown Towers: $22.73 + GST per day

Cancellation Policy:

Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade: Cancellation made on or after 14 August 2019 will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night’s accommodation. No shows will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full length of stay.

The Sebel East Perth: Cancellation made on or after 16 August 2019, including no shows will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night’s accommodation.
