Last night was a night to remember from the stunning views to the decadent food and, of course, the winners!

As we sailed away from the dock last night the anticipation for the winner announcements was high! There was a spectacular range of events highlighted at this year's Event Awards ceremony but only the best of the best could win, so who were they?
Amoung the National Winners were Northern Territory Major Events Company who won both Best Community Event and Best Achievement in Marketing or Communication for their work on Parrtjima - A Festival in Light 2022, Vivid Sydney 2022 took home Best Public Event, North Australian Festival of Arts 2022 won Best Regional Event and BASSINTHEGRASS Music Festival 2022 won Best Cultural, Arts or Music Event.
This spectacular evening also boasted a range of talented vocalists and musicians who serenaded us throughout the night.
The Yeo Trio from the Conservatorium of Music greeted guests upon arrival with acoustic Latin and Jazz music. They were then followed by the incredible Masha Mnjoyan who opened the show with a vocal performance, and Daniele Montarulo on the guitar and violin during entree and dessert.
The Yeo Trio also made an upbeat return to the stage during dinner on the drum kit, electric bass and saxophone, and the spectacular vocalist Rebecca Harkin took to the stage to end the evening off with style!
The achievement space saw a wide array of impressive technology, innovations, products and designs be crowned as a winner!
These included TDC-Technical Direction Company for their work on Vivid Sydney 2022 who won Best Technical Achievement at last nights ceremony, and EventsAir for AIRcast Studio who won Best Innovation, New Product or New Service. Likewise, ARTISTS IN MOTION PTY LTD picked up not one but two awards including Best Achievement in Design for their work on Expo 2020 Dubai UAE and Best Export for their work on A Symphony of Lights 2021.
The night was one to remember thanks to our Major Partner, The Jackson, who provided the incredible venue for last night's Awards.
Upon arrival, guests were able to experience panoramic water views while enjoying light canapes and a selection of fine Australian wines and beer. After this, attendees were ushered downstairs and served a decedent 3-course-meal as the winners were announced against the backdrop of Sydney harbour.
