Entering the Event Awards provides the opportunity for Australian event professionals to compete directly right across the nation and across all facets of the industry to establish which are Australia’s best events and event-related goods, services and innovations.

In recognition of Australians working overseas and in different timezones, as well as those travelling and adventuring to foreign lands, we’re leaving the entry portal open for a few extra hours to allow all entrants to put the finishing touches on their entries and make sure it’s submitted before the portal closes.
Entries for the 2023 Event Awards will close on Tuesday 18 July at 9:00am AEST.

The Judging Panel will be coming together over the next few days to prepare for their role as judges. They will be reviewing the entries entered into the 2023 Event Awards, providing a score against the criteria and most importantly, providing feedback to every entrant. The feedback, provided by experts in your field, focus on recognising the excellence in certain areas of your event or achievement and provide suggestions on areas in which the event or achievement could further explore for continued development and enhancement.
Entrants will receive access to their comments at the end of the judging process, with Nominees receiving their comments after the Event Awards Ceremony.

Once your entry is complete and saved, make sure you go back and 'View' it in the portal - what you see there is exactly what the Judges' will see and judge the entry on.
Is there an answer to every question and is it within the word limit?
Are your images and video viewable and playing?
Is all the content written in the entry? Links to external pages are not accepted.
Finally - make sure you've ticked 'Complete and Ready for Judging' and paid! Your entry will say 'Entered' once paid - but you can still go back and edit it at any time up until the close of entries.
