12 days to go until entries close – worried it’s not enough time to get your entry in? Don’t be! You’ve done all the thinking and planning and designing. All you have to do is tell us about it (we’ve got word counts to help you keep it short, sweet and concise). Pick a few images of your achievement that demonstrate what it is, how it’s innovative and how it enhanced the event – this will help give the judges a visual representation of what you’re describing.

It's down to you to really demonstrate to the Judges why you're the winning entry...here's some quick tips on what the judges look for and why they've included it in the category judging criteria:
Innovation is important: They want to know what you've done that is new or gives you a competitive edge in the market.
CSR: Corporate Social Responsibility is, essentially, a sophisticated way of inquiring about the social impact of your event on the community. What positive contribution did the event or achievement make?
Acknowledge the difficulties: The judges assess what you achieved with the resources you had and in the context of your environment and circumstances - tell them the challenges you encountered, whether budgetary, logistical or something else.
The 2022 Event Awards Judging Panel are gearing up for for their judging, eagerly awaiting the close of entries so they can revel in the achievements of the industry.
The Judging Panel has been carefully selected by the Co-Chairs, Brenda LaPorte and Peter Rix AM. They are supported by three Lead Judges who oversee their team of judges to ensure the entries are reviewed, analysed, scored and constructive feedback is provided to each entrant on areas of excellence and areas of improvement.
Michelle Morris will oversee the Public Events Categories
Peter Jones will undertake the Corporate and Business Events Categories
Meri Took will lead the Creative Event Management Categories
