Announcing Australia's Best Event States

The Australian Event Awards Industry Night of Nights is fast approaching.

Join us as we celebrate our events industry. The evening is an opportunity to network with the 'who's who' of the industry and to see who takes home the Australian Event Awards trophies.

Announcing Australia's Best Event States

Earlier this year, after consultation with each Premier and Chief Minister, we embarked upon a search for the Best Event State or Territory.

To ascertain which State or Territory receives the title, points are awarded to each State according to the number of finalists and winners in the 10 Best Event Categories of the Awards. Finalist Events earn one point for their State or Territory and Winning Events earn three points.

The title of Best Event State or Territory is conferred upon the State or Territory that gains the most points per head of population.

Congratulations to the finalists for Best Event State or Territory, South Australia, Tasmania and New South Wales.
