Accommodation is available at a range of hotels nearby to Optus Stadium, for the Australian Event Awards and Symposium and can be booked at time of registering.

Note: For delegates purchasing travel packages, accommodation at Crown Promenade Perth is included in your Travel Package registration and you do not need to book accommodation seperately, unless you require an additional room.

Cancellation Policy:

Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade: Cancellation made on or after 14 August 2019 will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night’s accommodation. No shows will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full length of stay.

The Sebel East Perth: Cancellation made on or after 16 August 2019, including no shows will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night’s accommodation.
